RIO Carried?

We analyze each Mythic+ run by comparing the player's best M+ score to the average best score of their group members.

Score Difference % = (Player's Best - Group Avg) / Group Avg × 100

Example: Player score 2000, group average 2800:

(2000 - 2800) / 2800 = -28.6% difference

We calculate the difference as a percentage of the MAX possible score (not group average), then apply exponential scaling:

Base % = (Score Difference / Max Score) × 100

Position Multiplier = (Group Score / Max Score)³ × 10

Final Carry % = Base % × Position Multiplier

This prevents low-level differences from being inflated while amplifying high-level differences:

Key improvements in this approach:

Fair base calculation: Difference divided by MAX prevents percentage inflation at low levels
Cubic scaling (³): More balanced than extreme powers while still creating meaningful differentiation
20× multiplier: Ensures high-level differences reach impactful percentages
Same 200-point gap: Shows as 0.01% at 200 score vs 86% at 3800 score!

The formula automatically adjusts to the current season's max score from the API!

RIO Carrying: Player's score is higher than the group average

RIO Carried: Player's score is lower than the group average

The overall percentage is the average across all analyzed runs.
